Accepted Payment Methods
At Text Radar, we currently only accept payments by bank card through Redsys. The accepted card types are:
- Visa.
- Mastercard.
- American Express.
- JCB.
- Diners.
- UnionPay.
- Maestro.
credit_card
We are working to add new payment methods, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Google Pay. We will keep you informed of their implementation through our usual communication channels.
Troubleshooting
My card is not accepted
- Check that the card is correctly registered and enabled for online payments.
- Make sure the card is one of the accepted types (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
- If the problem persists, contact your bank to check for any restrictions on international or online payments.
I can't complete the payment with Redsys
- Check that your internet connection is working properly.
- Make sure the card details are entered correctly.
- If the problem continues, try using another browser or device.
- If the problem persists, contact the Redsys technical support or our support team.
