How to Cancel a Plan

You can cancel your subscribed plan at any time. If you decide not to continue with your plan, just follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Plans Menu

  1. Open the Main Menu from the icon located at the top right.
  2. Select the "Plans and payments" option.
  3. Click the "Plans" tab.
  4. Go to "Your current plan".

Step 2: Cancel Your Plan

  1. Click the "Cancel plan" button.
  2. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Once you have canceled, you will continue enjoying your current plan until its expiration date. After that date, you will no longer be able to perform new reviews until you subscribe to a new plan or package. However, you will still have access to your previous reviews.


Troubleshooting

I can't find the option to cancel my plan

  • Make sure you have accessed the correct section: Menu > Plans and payments > Plans > Your current plan.
  • Check that your plan is active and hasn't been previously canceled.
  • If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or using another browser.

My cancellation hasn't been processed

  • Make sure you have correctly followed all the cancellation steps.
  • If you haven't received any confirmation or the process hasn't completed, contact technical support so we can assist you.

I can't access my reviews after canceling

  • Remember that you can still access your previous reviews even after canceling your plan by going to Menu > History.
  • If you have trouble accessing them, try refreshing the page or clearing the cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows/Linux, ⌘+R on Mac) and browser cookies.
