How to Subscribe to a Plan
Follow these steps to subscribe to a plan in Text Radar:
Step 1: Prerequisite
Before subscribing to a plan, make sure you have entered a billing address and a payment method. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Menu from the button at the top right of the screen.
- Select the "Plans and payments" option.
- In the "Billing details" and "Payment methods" tabs, enter the necessary information.
Step 2: Plan Selection
Once you've completed the previous step, follow these steps:
- Click the "Plans" tab.
- Use the switch to choose between a monthly or annual subscription.
- If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the corresponding field.
- Select the plan you want by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance
After choosing the plan, follow the on-screen steps:
- Confirm your plan selection.
- Accept the Text Radar terms of use.
- Confirm your payment method and billing address.
- Click the "Accept" button to finish.
Done! Start enjoying your plan
Once you complete the process, you can start enjoying your plan immediately.
Troubleshooting
I can't enter billing or payment details
- Make sure you are entering the details correctly.
- Check that the payment method is active and has no restrictions.
- If the problem persists, contact technical support for assistance.
I don't see the option to subscribe to a plan
- Make sure you have completed the previous step with the billing address and payment method.
- Ensure you are correctly accessing the "Plans" section.
- If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows/Linux, ⌘+R on Mac).
The discount coupon doesn't work
- Check that the discount coupon is entered correctly and hasn't expired.
- Ensure the code applies to the plan you selected.
- If the code is valid and still doesn't work, contact technical support.
I can't complete the subscription process
- Make sure all required fields are correctly filled out.
- If you have payment confirmation issues, ensure your card is valid.
- If the process still doesn't complete, try using another browser or device.
