How to Subscribe to a Plan

Follow these steps to subscribe to a plan in Text Radar:

Step 1: Prerequisite

Before subscribing to a plan, make sure you have entered a billing address and a payment method. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Menu from the button at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select the "Plans and payments" option.
  3. In the "Billing details" and "Payment methods" tabs, enter the necessary information.

Step 2: Plan Selection

Once you've completed the previous step, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Plans" tab.
  2. Use the switch to choose between a monthly or annual subscription.
  3. If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the corresponding field.
  4. Select the plan you want by clicking the "Subscribe" button.

Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance

After choosing the plan, follow the on-screen steps:

  1. Confirm your plan selection.
  2. Accept the Text Radar terms of use.
  3. Confirm your payment method and billing address.
  4. Click the "Accept" button to finish.

Done! Start enjoying your plan

Once you complete the process, you can start enjoying your plan immediately.


Troubleshooting

I can't enter billing or payment details

  • Make sure you are entering the details correctly.
  • Check that the payment method is active and has no restrictions.
  • If the problem persists, contact technical support for assistance.

I don't see the option to subscribe to a plan

  • Make sure you have completed the previous step with the billing address and payment method.
  • Ensure you are correctly accessing the "Plans" section.
  • If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows/Linux, ⌘+R on Mac).

The discount coupon doesn't work

  • Check that the discount coupon is entered correctly and hasn't expired.
  • Ensure the code applies to the plan you selected.
  • If the code is valid and still doesn't work, contact technical support.

I can't complete the subscription process

  • Make sure all required fields are correctly filled out.
  • If you have payment confirmation issues, ensure your card is valid.
  • If the process still doesn't complete, try using another browser or device.
