How to Download Your Invoices

How to Download Your Invoices

Invoices are issued at the time of payment and are available for download in PDF format in the relevant section of your account.

Step 1: Access the Transactions Section

  1. Click the Menu (the icon at the top right of the screen).
  2. Select the "Plans and payments" option.
  3. At the top, click the "Transactions" tab.

Step 2: Download Your Invoices

  1. On the transactions screen, you will see a table with all your transactions.
  2. To download an invoice, click the file_save icon on the right side of the table next to the corresponding transaction.

Step 3: Sort Your Invoices

If you wish, you can sort your invoices by different criteria:

  • Date: Sort your invoices by issue date.
  • Description: Sort invoices by name or description.
  • Amount: Sort invoices by total amount, in ascending or descending order.

Note: Invoices are issued under the billing details that were assigned to the plan at the time of payment.


Troubleshooting

I can't download my invoices

  • Make sure you are in the correct tab: Menu > Plans and payments > Transactions.
  • Check that you are clicking the file_save icon correctly.
  • Check your internet connection and ensure it is working properly.
  • If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or using another browser.

The invoice is incorrect

  • Check that the billing address is correct in your account.
  • If you need to update the billing address, go to Menu > Plans and payments > Billing details and update the information.
  • If the problem persists, contact our support team so we can assist you.
