How to Change Plans
Follow these steps to change your plan in Text Radar:
Step 1: Prerequisite
Before switching plans, make sure you have at least one billing address and a valid payment method.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the Menu from the button at the top right of the screen.
- Select the "Plans and payments" option.
- In the "Billing details" and "Payment methods" sections, ensure you have the necessary data.
Step 2: Plan Selection
Once you've completed the previous step, follow these:
- Open the Menu again from the top right button.
- Select the "Plans and payments" option and click the "Plans" tab.
- Use the switch to choose between monthly or annual subscription.
- If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the corresponding field.
- Select the plan you want by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance
After choosing the plan, follow the on-screen steps:
- Confirm your plan change.
- Accept the Text Radar terms of use.
- Confirm your payment method and billing address for your new plan.
- Click the "Accept" button to finish.
Step 4: Make the Most of Text Radar
Keep in mind that to give you maximum features for the longest time possible, when you downgrade, you will continue enjoying your higher plan until the end of its billing cycle.
Once that moment arrives, your new lower plan will activate automatically.
You can cancel this "queued" renewal at any time from Menu > Plans and payments > Plans > Your next plan.
If you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher one, the change will be immediate so you can enjoy your new features right away. Additionally, you will receive a discount equivalent to your last payment.
Troubleshooting
I can't enter billing or payment details
- Make sure you are entering the details correctly.
- Check that the payment method is active and has no restrictions.
- If the problem persists, contact technical support for further help.
I don't see the option to subscribe to a plan
- Check that you have completed the previous step with the billing address and payment method.
- Make sure you are correctly accessing the "Plans" section.
- If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows/Linux, ⌘+R on Mac).
The discount coupon doesn't work
- Check that the discount coupon is entered correctly and hasn't expired.
- Make sure the code applies to the plan you selected.
- If the code is valid and still doesn't work, contact technical support.
I can't complete the subscription process
- Verify that all required fields are correctly filled out.
- If you have payment confirmation issues, make sure your card is valid.
- If the process still doesn't complete, try using another browser or device.
