IA Lab is also registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 43850, Folio 20, Sheet M-773810.

As a viable and innovative business project, IA Lab is a beneficiary of ENISA funding.

2. Use of the website

The website at https://text-radar.com/ (hereinafter, the "Website”) provides access to numerous pieces of information and services (hereinafter, the "Content”) belonging to IA Lab.

This Legal Notice (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice”) sets out the conditions regulating the use of the Content IA Lab makes available to users through the Website. Personal data processing related to the use of the Website is regulated in the Privacy Policy. Information on cookie use is available in the Cookie Policy.

Thus, access to and use of the Website means the user (hereinafter, the "User”) fully accepts and agrees to comply with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any instructions or recommendations indicated through the Website.

Access to the Website is free, except for the connection costs through the telecommunications network provided by the User’s access provider.

The User assumes responsibility for use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. In these registrations, the User is responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. carry out any act aimed at damaging, disabling, or overloading the Website or hindering its normal use and operation.

As a result, the User is solely responsible before IA Lab and third parties for:

Any consequences that may arise from the use of any Website content for unlawful purposes or effects or contrary to this document, created by IA Lab or any third party.
Any consequences arising from use contrary to this document and harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, deteriorate the Website or its Content, or prevent other Users from normally enjoying it.

IA Lab reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication as unrelated to its purpose. In any case, IA Lab, as administrator of its website, will act diligently as soon as it becomes aware of acts committed against this Legal Notice.

IA Lab reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the Website and its content, configuration, and presentation, including this Legal Notice, so we recommend reading it before each access and browsing session. IA Lab will place these conditions in a visible location, freely accessible for any consultations.

If you breach this Legal Notice or IA Lab reasonably suspects that such a breach is occurring, IA Lab reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website, adopting any necessary technical measures. IA Lab also reserves the right to decide, at any time, on the continuation of the Content it offers through the Website.

3. Linking policy (links) to other websites

The Website includes technical linking devices (links) that allow the User to access other websites and portals not owned by IA Lab (hereinafter, "Linked Sites”).

In these cases, IA Lab is not responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites if it has no effective knowledge that the activity or information it refers to or recommends through its links is unlawful or harms the property or rights of a third party subject to compensation or, if aware, acts diligently to remove or disable the link or related information.

Nor does it imply recommendation, promotion, identification, or approval by IA Lab of the statements, content, or services provided through the Linked Sites. The User and, in general, any individual or legal entity intending to establish a link from their site to this Website must obtain prior written authorization from IA Lab. Establishing such a link does not in any case imply the existence of relations between IA Lab and the owner of the site or page where the link is established, nor acceptance or approval by IA Lab of its content or services.

The establishment of any link from an external page or site to any page of the Website will be subject to the following conditions:

4. Intellectual property rights

IA Lab, either as owner or assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website and the Content, as well as over the elements included therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, applications or texts, brands or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials, computer programs necessary for operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by IA Lab or its licensors, and as such, they are protected works under current intellectual and industrial property regulations. By virtue of the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law, reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication—including making available—, extraction, and/or reuse of the Website, all or part of its Content, and/or IA Lab’s distinctive signs for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of IA Lab. The User agrees to respect IA Lab’s intellectual and industrial property rights.

The use of the Website by the User does not imply the assignment of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over the Website, the Content, and/or IA Lab’s distinctive signs. All Content published on the Website, especially designs, texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as trade names, brands or drawings, and any other signs suitable for industrial and commercial use, are subject to IA Lab’s intellectual and industrial property rights. Under no circumstances will it be understood that any license or waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of said rights is granted, nor will any right or expectation of right be conferred, especially of alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication of said Content without IA Lab’s prior express written authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

IA Lab applies appropriate technical and organizational measures in compliance with personal data protection regulations and other applicable provisions to ensure an adequate level of security for the Website.

In this regard, IA Lab properly manages its server environment, has a strict firewall infrastructure, and continuously uses up-to-date technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of information are not compromised.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is at all times at their sole risk and responsibility, so IA Lab is not responsible for misuse or improper use of it.

IA Lab will be liable for damages that the user may suffer as a result of using the Website when such damages are directly attributable to IA Lab’s wrongful conduct, having proven that it has not complied with legally and regulatory required obligations. It is the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control the risks of open Internet browsing and to prevent damage to their equipment, data loss, and theft of confidential information.

For its part, and by way of example but not limited to, IA Lab is not responsible for:

The content of sites linked through links included within the Website. In this regard, the terms set out in section 3 of this Legal Notice apply.
Damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of the Website or in the User’s computer equipment caused by factors beyond IA Lab’s control that prevent or delay service delivery or navigation on the Website.
Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads on the Internet or in other systems, or the impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons not attributable to IA Lab, due to the User, third parties, or force majeure.

Acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties are linked to IA Lab by contract.

In any case, IA Lab undertakes to resolve any problems that may arise and to offer all necessary support to the User to reach a quick and satisfactory solution to the incident.

6. Jurisdiction and applicable law

The law applicable to this Legal Notice is Spanish law. Disputes between the User and IA Lab will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. General provision

IA Lab will pursue breaches of these conditions, as well as any improper use of the Website, by exercising all legal actions available to it.

If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared wholly or partially null, it will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such nullity declaration will not affect the validity of the other provisions in this Legal Notice.

8. Modification of the Legal Notice

This Legal Notice may eventually be reviewed to update changes in applicable legislation, update our procedures for collecting and using information, or reflect the introduction of new services or the removal of others.
