How to Export Results

Text Radar allows you to export your results so you can share them with others or use them in other projects.

To export your results, simply follow these steps:

• Click the "Save" button (save) in the top toolbar.
• Your document(s) will be saved to your downloads folder in .docx format.
• Your revisions will appear in the document(s) using track changes format.
• Along with these documents, a discrepancy report will be exported summarizing the detected discrepancies in a format similar to the cards used by Text Radar.

Troubleshooting

No file is downloading

• Make sure your browser has automatic downloads enabled.
• Check your downloads folder in case the file was saved there without notification.
• Try refreshing the page and repeating the process.
• If the problem persists, try a different browser or contact our technical support.

The exported document is empty or incomplete

• Make sure you have started an analysis process on your document(s) before clicking "Save".
• If you haven’t made any edits (by clicking "Apply changes" on any card), the downloaded document will be identical to the original.
• If you’re using pasted text, make sure you haven’t accidentally deleted it before starting the analysis.

The discrepancy report doesn’t appear

• The report is only generated if discrepancies are detected during the review.
• It’s possible that Text Radar didn’t find any discrepancies in your document(s). In that case, there would be no report to generate.
• Make sure you haven’t accidentally canceled the multiple file download.
