How to use the results history
Each time you run a comparison in Text Radar, it is saved as a card in the history. These cards let you easily identify which documents you compared, when you did it, and what results you got.
Step 1: Find the "History" section
- You can access this section from the sidebar by clicking the top right button on the navigation bar.
- Once the sidebar has opened, click "History".
Step 2: Manage your reviews
- Each card shows the names of the reviewed documents, as well as their type through the displayed icon.
- Long names are visually shortened, but you can see the full name by hovering the mouse pointer over them.
- If you click the card, that review will open on the dashboard page, where you can continue working, manage pending or processed discrepancies, download the reviewed documents, etc.
- By default, the cards are sorted by the date of the last update you made to any paragraph of the reviewed documents, from most recent to oldest. You can change the order using the dropdown menu at the top, "Sort history by". Other options include the review creation date, document names (alphabetical order), the number of pending discrepancies (from most to least), and processing status.
Processing statuses

To the right of the card, you鈥檒l see a visual indicator with an icon and color showing the analysis status:
- check_circle: Processing completed successfully.
- pending: Processing in progress
- cancel: Processing canceled or with error
- pending: Deletion in progress.
- If you hover the mouse pointer over the icon, an explanatory message of the current status will appear.
Activity dates
- The creation date (when the review was done) and the last update (when the results were last modified) are shown.
- These dates update automatically if you reprocess or edit discrepancies.
Discrepancy summary
- You can see how many discrepancies were detected in total and how many are still pending review.
- This information helps you easily resume your work where you left off.
Delete reviews
- When you hover the mouse pointer over the card, you鈥檒l find the trash can icon (delete) at the bottom right to delete the review from the history.
- If you want to clear your entire history, you can do so using the "Clear history" button at the top right.
- These actions cannot be undone, so use them with caution.
feedback
The history has a capacity of 10 reviews. When capacity is exceeded, the oldest reviews are removed.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the card for a recent comparison
- Refresh the page. There may be a slight delay in registration.
- Check that you didn鈥檛 delete it by mistake. Deletions are permanent.
The processing status doesn't change
- If the icon stays yellow for a long time, try refreshing the page or restarting the process.
- Check your Internet connection if processing seems stuck.
Document names appear cut off
- This is normal for long names. Hover the mouse pointer over them to see the full name.
- You can also rename the files before uploading if you want clearer display.
