How to manage your payment methods

Important: Currently, Text Radar only supports bank cards (debit/credit) as a payment method.
Step 1: Go to the payment methods area
- Click the Main Menu (top right icon of your screen).
- Select "Plans and Payments".
- Click the "Payment Methods" tab.
Step 2: View your cards
In your list of payment methods, you will see for each card:
- Alias (descriptive name you assigned to the card for identification).
- Payment system: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.
- Country of issue.
- Expiration date.
-
Available actions:
- Edit alias: Modify the alias by clicking the edit button.

Step 3: Add a new card
- Click "Add payment method"
- You will be redirected to a secure Redsys environment (our payment gateway).
- Enter your card details requested by Redsys.
- Confirm the details and complete the process.
- You will automatically return to Text Radar, where you can set the alias you want to assign to it.
In Text Radar, we only have access to your card鈥檚 country, type, and expiration date. Redsys, one of the world鈥檚 leading payment gateways with over 40 years of experience, keeps your card details secure.
Step 4: Manage existing cards
- To edit the alias:
- Click the edit button (edit) next to the card.
- Assign a new alias to your card.
- Click the "Accept" button to save the change.
- To delete:
- Click "Delete".
- Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog.
- To set as default:
- Click the star icon (star) next to the card.
- You will see it marked asstar.
Default
- This will be the default payment method for future contracts.
Essential requirement: You must have at least one active payment method to subscribe or renew services. If you delete your only card, you will not be able to make subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
Error adding card
- Check that all details are correct (number, date, CVV).
- Make sure the card is not expired.
- Confirm with your bank that it allows online transactions.
- Try using another browser or device.
I can't delete a card
- Make sure it鈥檚 not the only active payment method.
- Verify that it鈥檚 not associated with an active subscription (first change the payment method assigned to that subscription).
Problems with Redsys
- Wait 5 minutes and try again (it may be temporary maintenance).
- Temporarily disable your VPN or proxy if you鈥檙e using one.
- Try from a different network (e.g., mobile data).
Security tip: Use descriptive aliases for your cards (e.g., "Personal Visa" or "Business AMEX") to identify them easily without exposing sensitive data.
