How to sign up with email

Follow these steps to create your Text Radar account with your email:

Step 1: Enter your details

1. Locate the "Start" button at the top right of your screen or to the right of the footer on our website, or click "Start" with one of our available plans.
2. On our login and registration page, click "New user? Sign up".
3. In the new window that appears:
   1. Enter a valid email address.
   2. Complete the remaining required fields.
   3. Create a secure password.
   4. Accept our Terms of Use .
   5. Click "Sign up".

Step 2: Validation link

If you completed the above steps, we will have sent an email to the provided address.

1. Locate and open the message we sent to the email address you used.
2. Click the link it contains, which will take you back to Text Radar.
3. Click the "Validate email" button.
4. You will see a confirmation message with a button to return to the login and registration page, click it.

Step 3: First login

Back on the login and registration page (via the previous screen or one of the buttons on the homepage):

1. Enter the email address you used when registering.
2. Enter your password.
3. Click "Log in".

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the verification email

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Verify that you entered your email address correctly.
• Wait a few minutes (there may be delays on the mail server).
• Request the resend of the link from the corresponding option.

The verification link doesn't work

• Check that you are using the most recent link we sent you.
• Links have a limited validity period (15 minutes).
• Request a new link if the previous one has expired.

I can't log in after registering

• Check that you completed the entire registration process (including email verification).
• Make sure you are using the same email address you registered with.
• Check that the password is correct (it is case-sensitive).
• If you forgot your password, use the "Recover password" option.
