How to Start Your Free Trial

Follow these steps to activate your free trial period on Text Radar:

Step 1: Go to the Plans Section

1. Open the Main Menu from the top left icon.
2. Select the "Plans and payments" option.
3. Click the "Plans" tab.

Step 2: Prepare Your Account

1. Make sure you have a valid billing address registered.
2. Verify that you have added a payment method.
3. If you need to add this information, follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Select Your Plan

1. Review the features of each available plan.
2. Click the "Subscribe" button for the plan you want to try.

Step 4: Complete the Process

1. Confirm that you accept the trial period terms.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. All set! Your free trial will start immediately.

• No Initial Charges: We will not charge you until the end of your trial period.
• Automatic Renewal: At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged according to the chosen plan (monthly/yearly).

Troubleshooting

I can't activate the free trial

• Verify that all required fields (address and payment method) are completed.

I don't see the free trial option

How do I know when my trial ends?

• You can check the end date in Menu > Plans and payments > Your current plan.

I want to cancel the free trial

• Go to Menu > Plans and payments > Your current plan.
• Select "Cancel plan".
• Confirm the cancellation.
