How to Cancel Your Free Trial
You can cancel your free trial at any time. If you decide not to continue with your trial, just follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Plans menu
- Open the Main Menu from the top right icon.
- Select the "Plans and payments" option.
- Click the "Plans" tab.
- Go to "Your current plan".
Step 2: Cancel Your Free Trial
- Click the "Cancel plan" button.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Important Information
- Canceling your free trial means that once your available reviews are used up, you will not be able to perform new reviews until you purchase a new plan or package, with or without a free trial.
- You will still retain access to all your previous reviews.
- Within the same calendar month of the free trial, you can try another plan, either the same one you canceled or a different one.
- If the free trial calendar month has ended, the next purchase will be paid, regardless of whether you choose to try a different plan.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the option to cancel my free trial
- Check that you have correctly accessed Menu > Plans and payments > Your current plan.
- Make sure you are on the plan you want to cancel.
- If the problem persists, try logging out and back in to the menu.
Can I cancel my free trial and then reactivate it?
- Once you cancel your free trial, you can reactivate it, but it will keep the same end date (one calendar month from the first activation). You can also start a new free trial plan anytime within one calendar month from the start of your first trial.
What happens if my free trial calendar month has ended?
- If the calendar month has ended, your next plan will be paid, regardless of whether you choose to try a different plan.
