Questions about pricing and payments
We offer several subscription plans to suit the different needs of our users. The plans include:
- Individual: Access to basic features and a limited number of monthly comparisons.
- Professional: Access to all features, a higher number of monthly comparisons (still limited), and priority support.
- Premium: Access to all features, unlimited comparisons, and dedicated support.
To subscribe to a plan, simply create a free account on Text Radar and go to the Menu (top right corner) > Plans and Payments > Plans page.
Once in this section, select the plan that best fits your needs and follow the registration process.
Remember that it is essential to enter billing details and a payment method to subscribe to a plan.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, UnionPay, and Maestro).
All prices are in euros.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Menu > Plans and Payments > Plans. The change will apply immediately if it's an upgrade, while you will keep your benefits for the current billing cycle if it's a downgrade.
Additionally, if you upgrade, you will receive a discount equivalent to your last payment on the previous plan.
Yes, we offer a significant discount (equivalent to two months of service) for users who choose to pay annually. Check our pricing page for more details on available discounts.
Yes, we offer a one-month free trial so you can explore all Text Radar features before committing to a paid plan.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to the services will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. You will retain access to your revision history.
Yes, to subscribe to any plan or package, you need to provide billing details where you can include your tax ID/VAT number. We will issue an invoice including these details when the service fee is charged.
You can access your invoices and payment history from Menu > Plans and Payments > Transactions.
We currently apply a 21% tax corresponding to Spain's VAT. You will see the breakdown of these taxes on your invoice.

Questions about accounts and security
We use advanced security measures, including SSL encryption and secure servers, to protect your personal information. We also comply with applicable data consent regulations.
If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from Menu > Your Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently erase all your information, history, and associated data, and it cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us at info@text-radar.com so we can help secure your account.
We manage user data according to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, complying with international data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services.
No, each email address can only be associated with a single account. If you need to manage multiple accounts, you must use different email addresses for each one.
Questions about technical issues
If you can't log in, make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot your password?" option to reset it. If the issue persists, contact us at info@text-radar.com.
If the page doesn't load correctly, try the following solutions:
- Refresh the page.
- Clear the cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows/Linux, ⌘+R on Mac) and the cookies in your browser.
- Try a different browser.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.

If you have trouble uploading documents, check that the file meets our format requirements (.docx, .doc, .pdf, or .txt files) and size. Also, try uploading the document from another browser or device. If the issue continues, contact us at info@text-radar.com.
If document comparison isn't working, make sure both documents are in the correct format and not corrupted. If the issue persists, try uploading the documents again. If the error continues, please contact us at info@text-radar.com with the details of the issue.
If the app crashes or stops responding, try closing and restarting the app. If the problem persists, restart your device. If you still experience issues, contact us at info@text-radar.com.

To change the page language, switch the language using the icon in the navigation bar or go to your account settings (Menu > Settings > System) and select the desired language. If the issue persists, make sure your browser is set to the correct language and try again.
To report a bug or technical issue, please send us an email at info@text-radar.com with a detailed description of the problem, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots if possible. Our technical team will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
