3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

(i) To manage inquiries, information requests, complaints, and suggestions that you may send through the Company's channels (e.g., email, information collection form, phone, etc.).

The legal basis is the consent you grant by submitting inquiries, suggestions, and complaints through these channels. You can revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. However, this will mean that we cannot process your inquiry or information request.

(ii) To process your registration on the Website (e.g., viewing contracted products, 2FA, billing and payments, sending you an email copy of your contract, etc.) made through the registration form to allow you access and use the various products we offer that require registration, and to manage the contracting of products and services offered by the Company.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 21.2 of Law 34/2022 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, which allows the sending of such communications when there is a prior contractual relationship, as long as the sender has lawfully obtained the recipient's contact data and uses it to send commercial communications regarding its own products or services similar to those initially contracted by the client.

The legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest in obtaining feedback and comments from its visitors and potential customers to improve its products and/or services and, at the same time, offer a more satisfying user experience.

4. Personal Data Retention Period

LABIA will retain your personal data processed for purpose (i) and (iii) until your inquiry or request is resolved/you unsubscribe from the Newsletter or until you withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal; for purpose (iv) and (v) until you exercise your right to object, at any time; and for purpose (ii) until the termination of the contractual relationship with LABIA (if you have registered but have not paid for any Company product, your personal data will be deleted after [**] months).
