Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small amounts of information stored on the computer, phone, tablet, or any other device used by the user so that the server remembers certain information that can later be used. This information allows you to be identified as a specific user and to save your personal preferences, as well as technical information of various characteristics, such as visits or browsing time on the website. The use of this information allows the server where the website is located to recognize the browser used by the user, allowing, for example, the registered user to access restricted areas without having to log in each time and remember their language, country preferences, etc. on future visits. Additionally, this information can be used to measure audience and traffic parameters on the website and to show you personalized advertising based on your browsing.
2. Who uses cookie information?
Artificial Intelligence Laboratory in Spanish, S.L. (hereinafter, “LABIA”) and other third parties use on the website https://text-radar.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) the cookies detailed in the table included in section “5. What cookies are used on the Website?” of this Cookie Policy. This table also indicates the external entities that use the information stored in cookies managed by third parties.
3. What types of cookies are used on the Website and for what purposes?
LABIA and other third parties use the following types of cookies on the Website for the purposes indicated below:
- Technical or functional cookies (necessary): these allow navigation through the Website, the use of different options or services, and guarantee the proper functioning of the site. They are cookies that allow, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering items that make up a purchase, carrying out the purchase process, managing payment, controlling fraud linked to service security, counting visits for billing purposes of software licenses with which the service operates, using security elements during navigation, storing content for video or sound distribution, or enabling dynamic content (e.g. loading animation of text or image).
- Preference or configuration cookies: these remember information so that the user accesses the service with certain features that can differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as, for example, language, the number of results to display when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service based on the type of browser through which the user accesses the service or the region from which they access the service, etc.
- Statistical or analytical cookies: these allow tracking and analysis of user behavior on the Website. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure Website activity, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of usage data by users of the service. These cookies analyze the number of visitors to the Website and different sections of it, the origin of visits, day and time, platform, number of clicks on a banner, or search terms used by a user to find desired content. Thus, LABIA has a very useful means to introduce improvements to the Website and to know what content or design is most relevant to users.
- Behavioral advertising cookies or marketing: these store information about user behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing the development of a specific profile to show advertising based on it.
4. How to manage cookies?
The user can manage their preferences regarding the use of cookies on the Website at any time by:
- The configuration panel provided by LABIA.
- Other third-party tools available online that allow users to detect cookies on each website they visit and manage their deactivation (e.g. Ghostery).
Additionally, the user can enable:
- Private browsing, whereby their browser stops saving the browsing history, website passwords, cookies, and other information from the pages they visit, or
- The do not track feature, which requests websites visited by the user not to track their browsing habits.
Finally, we inform you that to allow, know, block, or delete cookies installed on your equipment or device, you can do so through the browser options settings or through the expressly enabled cookie settings panel within it. The user can configure their browser at any time, disabling the installation of cookies and deleting those previously installed.
