1. Ownership of the website
Text Radar, S.L. (hereinafter, "Text Radar" or the "Company"), with Tax ID B-10789725 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28046, Madrid; and with email: info@text-radar.com
Text Radar is also registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, Volume 43850, Page 20, Sheet M-773810.
As a viable and innovative business project, Text Radar is the beneficiary of a financing line from ENISA.
2. Use of the website
The website with URL address https://text-radar.com/ (hereinafter, the "Web") provides access to numerous information and services (hereinafter, the "Content") belonging to Text Radar.
This Legal Notice (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice") sets forth the conditions governing the use of the Content made available by Text Radar to users through the Web. Aspects related to the processing of users’ personal data due to the use of the Web are governed by the Privacy Policy. Additionally, you can find information about the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
Thus, access to and use of the Website means the user (hereinafter, the "User”) fully accepts and agrees to comply with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any instructions or recommendations indicated through the Website.
Access to the Website is free, except for the connection costs through the telecommunications network provided by the User’s access provider.
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Web. This responsibility extends to the registrations that may be necessary to access certain services or content. - engaging in any behavior that could damage the image, interests, and rights of Text Radar or third parties;
- attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users' email accounts and modify or manipulate their messages;
- remove, bypass, or manipulate the "copyright" and other identifying data of rights holders incorporated into the Website Content, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be included in such content;
- carry out any act aimed at damaging, disabling, or overloading the Website or hindering its normal use and operation.
As a result of the above, the User is solely responsible before Text Radar and third parties for:
- Any consequences that may arise from a use, for illegal purposes or effects or contrary to this document, of any content on the Web, created by Text Radar or any third party.
- Any consequences arising from use contrary to this document and harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, deteriorate the Website or its Content, or prevent other Users from normally enjoying it.
Text Radar reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate the respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attack youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication as they are not related to the purpose. In any case, Text Radar, as the administrator of its website, will act diligently as soon as it becomes aware of acts committed in violation of this Legal Notice.
Text Radar reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the Web and its content, configuration and presentation, including this Legal Notice, so we recommend reading it before each access and browsing session on the Web. Text Radar will place these conditions in a visible location, freely accessible for any consultation you wish to make.
In the event of a breach of this Legal Notice or if Text Radar reasonably suspects that such a breach is occurring, Text Radar reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Web, adopting any necessary technical measures for this purpose. Text Radar also reserves the right to decide, at any time, on the continuity of the Content offered through the Web.
3. Linking policy (links) to other websites
The Web includes technical linking devices (links) that allow the User to access other websites and portals on the Internet that are not owned by Text Radar (hereinafter, "Linked Sites").
In such cases, Text Radar shall not be held responsible for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites if it does not have effective knowledge that the activity or information referred to or recommended through its links is unlawful or harms the property or rights of a third party subject to compensation or, if it does, it acts diligently to remove or disable the link or corresponding information.

The presence of such links also does not imply any recommendation, promotion, identification, or approval by Text Radar of the statements, content, or services provided through the Linked Sites. The linked websites are not controlled by Text Radar, and it is not responsible for the content of any of them, nor for any changes or updates made to them (except as provided in section 5). Text Radar provides these links solely to facilitate browsing, and the inclusion of any link does not imply approval of the website by Text Radar. The User and, in general, any natural or legal person intending to establish a link from their website or page to this Web must obtain prior written authorization from Text Radar. The establishment of such a link does not imply, in any case, the existence of a relationship between Text Radar and the owner of the site or page where the link is established, nor the acceptance or approval by Text Radar of its content or services.

4. Intellectual property rights
Text Radar, whether on its own or as assignee, is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Web and its Content, as well as the elements comprising it (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, applications or texts, trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), which are owned by Text Radar or its licensors and, as such, constitute works protected by current intellectual and industrial property regulations. All rights reserved.
By virtue of the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication – including the provision thereof –, extraction and/or reuse of the Web, all or part of the Content and/or the distinctive signs of Text Radar for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the prior written authorization of Text Radar is expressly prohibited. The User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Text Radar.
The use of the Web by the User does not in any way imply the transfer of any intellectual and/or industrial property rights over the Web, the Content, and/or the distinctive signs of Text Radar. All Content published on the Web, especially designs, texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as trade names, trademarks, or drawings and any other signs that may be used industrially or commercially, are subject to the intellectual and industrial property rights of Text Radar. In no case shall it be understood that any license is granted or that any waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of such rights is made, nor is any right or expectation of right conferred, especially regarding alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication of such content without the prior express written authorization of Text Radar.
5. Limitation of liability
Text Radar applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security on the Web, in compliance with data protection regulations and other applicable provisions.
In this regard, Text Radar properly manages its server environment, has a strictly enforced firewall infrastructure, and continually uses up-to-date technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of information are not compromised.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Web is entirely at their own risk and responsibility, and therefore Text Radar is not liable for any misuse or improper use of it.
Text Radar will be liable for damages that the user may suffer as a result of using the Web when such damages are directly attributable to improper conduct by this entity, having proven non-compliance with legally and regulatorily established requirements. It is the User's responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control the risks of open Internet browsing and to prevent damage to their equipment, data loss, and theft of confidential information.
For its part, including but not limited to, Text Radar is not liable for:
- The content of sites linked through links included within the Website. In this regard, the terms set out in section 3 of this Legal Notice apply.
- Damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of the Web or in the User’s computer devices caused by reasons beyond Text Radar’s control, which prevent or delay the provision of services or Web browsing.
- Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads on the Internet or in other systems, or the inability to provide the service or grant access for reasons not attributable to Text Radar, including those due to the User, third parties, or force majeure.
- The use that the User may make of the materials on the Website, whether prohibited or permitted, infringing the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the Website’s Content or of third parties.
- Acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether such third parties are contractually linked to Text Radar.
In any case, Text Radar undertakes to resolve any issues that may arise and to provide all necessary support to the User to reach a quick and satisfactory resolution of the incident.
6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The applicable law for this Legal Notice shall be Spanish law. Any disputes that may arise between the User and Text Radar shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. General provision
Text Radar will pursue violations of these conditions, as well as any improper use of the Web, exercising all legal actions available to it under the law.
If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared wholly or partially null, it will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, such nullity declaration will not affect the validity of the other provisions in this Legal Notice.
8. Modification of the Legal Notice
This Legal Notice may eventually be reviewed to update changes in applicable legislation, update our procedures for collecting and using information, or reflect the introduction of new services or the removal of others. These changes will take effect upon publication on the Website, so it is important to regularly review this Legal Notice to stay informed about any updates.
